Senior User Experience (November 2022 - Present): At Nedbank I worked on the Financial Wellness app for both iOS and Android which encompassed budgeting, invoicing and data insights into the clients financial life. I was then placed with the Private Wealth and Share Trading team to redesign the share trading platform as well as the Private Wealth web portal and app.

Senior User Experience (November 2020 - November 2022): At IIIMPACT, U.S.-based UX consultancy, I worked on projects in the restaurant, construction, and HR sectors. My notable achievements include significant contributions to HungerRush, an online food ordering and restaurant management software, and Management Controls, an enterprise software used by industry giants like BP, Shell, ExxonMobil, and Dupont.

Senior User Experience (November 2019 - November 2020): During my tenure at Absa Bank my standout project involved developing the eWallet mobile app and successfully launching it in five countries. Additionally, I worked on business banking portals, AI Chat Banking.
